Enjoy your trip to Japan Marie, bring back plenty of pictures of the wedding.
Happy that your camera is fixed, mine isn't so I bought a handheld with an ok zoom and it seems to take good pictures.
You need to add your new book blog to your kitty blog, I was able to find your FRIDAY FILL-INS by checking my mail for your blog address. otherwise no one is going to find you. Welcome to book blogging :)))
I am adding you now to my favorite blogs
Hi Sylvie,
I'm still learning and trying to figure out how to do things here! I don't even know if i did the Friday Fill in correctly! glad you found me. I'm going to link this to my kitty blog too.
This is easier, post your profile page when you do a post on someone elses blog, this way they find you right away.
you did the friday fill-ins right
Everything is fine with your blog.
Have fun :)
Interesting answers. Problem with #5... if we don't get rid of our skeletons, they move on with us. Have a great weekend.
Great answers. Have a woofenderful trip to Japan. Wow.
You're going to Japan??? Oh, I'm SO jealous!!! I lived there for 3 years in the early 90s...I miss it so much!
Thanks for playing and have fun this weekend :-)
Janet, you lived in Japan! wow! i lived there for 6 months but was 5 years old then. I do remember a lot of it though! My first FRIDAY FILL IN so wasn't sure i was doing this right... it was fun playing!

Hi Marie
Thanks fur leaving that message about yur kitty. So sorry to hear of yur loss. That is awesome that yur kitty, Alice, looked so much like Shadow did. You said Alice was the same as Shadow AND they looked like twins. Does this mean she was almost 17 and died of kidney failure?
Now fur something else that you might think 'weird'. My Mom 'Bean's real name is Alice. Yup, it's true!! AND my new best friend is a boy German Shepard named Shadow!! How weird is that?
Have a great trip to Japan! Whereabouts are you going? It looks like finally all the rain we've been having lately will ease off next week (around Tokyo anyway) so hopefully it'll be nice for you.
Reba, our Alice died from various complications - she had a thyroid condition, was diabetic, and she had been deteriorating for months. After our trip to Japan late last year, something happened and we think she may have had a stroke. Her brain was not working properly. she ate and existed but her personality had disappeared. no more meowing, but she came when we called. She finally stopped eating, and then lost the ability to stand while eating, so we put her down. Yes, she was almost 17 years old. Her birthday is in May (1991 birth year). It is amazing how much your shadow looked like our alice. i will have to post her photo on my blogs soon as a memorial too.
thanks for stopping by my blog :)
yeah, I like Anita Shreve...Have you read Light On Snow and the Pilot's Wife?
Trip to Japan sounds exciting!! Have a great weekend!
